Strategic Communications Steering Committee
Coordinate and combine contributions from subcommittees into cohesive overall plan and populate project Web site, present and communicate plan to UFCN and administration, oversee subcommittee efforts. Develop questionnaire to gather pertinent information on current status of communications efforts on main campus and major units, including identification of key goals and objectives and available resources. Research, evaluate and make general recommendations on current UF communications services. Develop a “big” picture communications plan for main campus and key units. Offer ongoing consultation and advice to underserved units.
